We're now about 24 hours into the World Wants a Real Deal weekend of global actions, and, once again you are blowing us away with the creativity, dirersity, passion, and raw honesty of this global climate movement we all now belong to. Like these Climate refugees from the Carterets Islands, displaced by rising seas, lighting candles in a "Vigil For Survival."

Thousands of unbelievable photos, stories, tweets, and videos are rolling in from vigils, marches, and signature walls around the world where regular people are taking time out of their lives to show that you're ready for bold action. Our office is abuzz with activity as we collect them and package them up for the media to spread the movement even further.

We'll be posting lots of photos over the course of the afternoon and long into the night (the best ones are here). What inspired us about this set below is how they show the diversity of the kinds of people and places who care so much about this issue. This is not an "environmental activist" issue, despite what many in the mainstream media persist in calling it. See for yourself, here are some favourites from the last 24 hours of actions around the world.

Sarajevo, Bosnia. The photo capation coming with this one said "At 9 years old, Skender, from Sarajevo, Bosnia is probably the youngest of over 3000 people who coordinated climate candlelight vigils today. Skender organised the vigil after seeing other events posted on the internet around the world.
