Companies around the world are reaping the economic benefits of reducing their energy consumption and switching to clean unlimited energy sources like the wind and the sun.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that using less energy saves a business money almost immediately, while over the long-term is makes sense to move away from an over reliance on fossil fuels that are just going to get more expensive. Just so happens that such practices are also good for the environment in that they reduce the emissions that are causing climate change.

But you don't have to believe me, you can check out our partners at the World Wildlife Fund and their new Climate Savers project. The idea behind the program is to create a forum where leading companies can share with everyone the innovative ways they are going about reducing their greenhouse gas emissions.

The Climate Savers' first event will be held tomorrow and it will bring together some big names in business like Coke, IBM and Nokia to talk about how to thrive in a clean economy.
