An Open Campaign
The TckTckTck campaign is embracing a new organizing model, an open campaign, to support a broad and diverse movement all working for a strong climate treaty in Copenhagen and beyond, and helping accelerate the race to a low carbon future.
We are working to unify the voice of this diverse movement by providing a common brand that shows up everywhere our partners campaign, and building the place where the movement comes together, TckTckTck.org. Our deepest intention is to support the long term work of our partners, while we align and focus all of our independent and distributed efforts and actions on this one objective.
We have built this site as an organizing hub for the movement, the place where the media, leaders, civil society, and the public at large can go to feel the pulse of the global climate movement. We have also developed a number of open tools that are shared with official and independent partners, to support partner campaigns and help deliver a groundswell of support for climate action from global civil society.
We ask our TckTckTck partners to do only three things.
- Use the TckTckTck brand in your campaign to spread awareness that collectively, citizens and civil society for a climate action are everywhere. Head over to our Partner Kit for banners, logos, and even a Tck campaign-in-a-box.
- Run a Climate Deal pledge campaign to engage your constituency and help build the world’s largest mandate for change. We will provide the final big delivery to world leaders.
- Be Creative in how you engage your supporters and tell us what inspirational work you have done. We will highlight and promote the innovative and important work done by our partners on this site.
The rest of the campaign is completely in your hands. We will showcase your work, aggregate your news and actions for the media, connect groups and share the best ideas we see from around the globe. And our aggregated "I am ready" pledge will show world leaders the world, indeed, is ready.
