People’s Climate Action (PCA) was established to coordinate and support the many non-governmental civil society activities before and during the climate conference in Copenhagen (COP15). People’s Climate Action provides a strategic platform and ensures a logistical framework as well as coordinating the activities of the many participant Non Governmental organizations. The Secretariat coordinates and assists membership organizations with logistics, project counselling, and press relations.
